Did you know that only 14 states plus DC have PFML programs? In my state - Washington State - you can get around 12 paid full weeks, and it currently offers one of the highest max weekly benefits while offering up to 90% weekly wage replacement.

This is a really big deal and a lifeline when facing big life moments from complicated pregnancies (up to 18 weeks) to mental health challenges, and from chronic illness support (where time can also be allocated by hours) to managing serious illnesses and injuries.
